This is not a ready-made pair of jeans. Every pair from 127 Atelier is custom-made to your specifications, including your waist, height, proportions and selected fit. Your jeans are made only after your order is placed they are not picked from existing stock.
Please place your order only if you understand and appreciate the time and craftsmanship involved in making a pair exclusively for you.
A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
1. Made to Order
Your jeans are individually cut, stitched, finished and checked for you. We do not keep ready-made stock of these pieces.
2. Production & Dispatch
Our standard production and dispatch timeline is 3–4 weeks from order confirmation. Since every pair is made individually, the timeline may occasionally move slightly depending on the complexity of the garment, workload or production requirements.
3. No Artificial Deadlines
We do not rush production simply to meet an arbitrary delivery date. Our priority is to get your pair right, not just get it out quickly.
4. Order Updates
Once your order is confirmed, our team will keep you updated. The next detailed update will be shared 24–48 hours before dispatch, when our team will get in touch with you.
5. Delivery After Dispatch
Once dispatched, the usual transit time across India is approximately 4–5 working days, depending on your pincode and courier service.
6. Please Be Patient With Bespoke
A bespoke garment does not follow the same process as ready-made clothing. There can occasionally be a few days of variation in production time. If you are looking for an instant or ready-to-ship purchase, this may not be the right product for you.
7. What You Receive
You receive a pair made specifically for you in your chosen style, measurements and length. That level of individualisation takes time, and we believe it is worth waiting for.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Production & Dispatch: 3–4 weeks
After dispatch: 4–5 working days across India, depending on your pincode. Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping and Returns
•Custom making starts once the order is placed.
•Production timeline 15 working days excluding shipping across India region.
We endeavor to dispatch all products ordered within 15 days after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. 127 Atelier ensures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order.

Return Policies
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within7 daysfrom the date of delivery of the products.
Once we receive the returned item Clothing & Fashion will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order) post verification of the product at our warehouse. Refund shall be processed as per the applicable guidelines / notification / law passed by RBI from time to and it may take 07-14 days additional business days to reflect the same in your account.
